Fällaren is one of Stockholm's most well-maintained pleasure crafts. Substantial investments have been made by her previous owners; blasting, painting and rebuilding. During the 1990s, she was converted into a pleasure craft.

In 2017, she was rebuilt to the current state and currently has three separate apartments. The machinery is serviced regularly. Former owners certified her as a recreational vessel for Swedish area C. Today, upgrading of radio and security equipment is required to obtain a Swedish area C certificate. Fällaren is newly certified for Swedish area E (August 2019).

The vessel is owned by a small Swedish limited company (aktiebolag/AB) and the owners prefer to see the company sold with the vessel as an asset. The vessel can be inspected on Högmarsö outside Stockholm, Sweden.
