Pontoon Rindö

A unique concrete pontoon built in Bulgaria in 1977, 63 x 13m. Approx. 2 m high above the waterline. Internal height approx. 3.5 m.

The large internal surface and ceiling height enable the pontoon to be adapted to a range of different activities, only imagination sets the limits here. Under inspiration pictures, there are pictures of a similar pontoon that has been furnished, with changing rooms, storage facilities, heating and ventilation etc.

We primarily believe that it can be suitable for larger house or restaurant projects or as a floating dock, workshop or warehouse.

Drivable ramp (12X3m) with maximum axle pressure 3 tons.
Inside, the pontoon is divided into several sections, total area approx. 700 m2. Some are completely structurally clean, while others have some form of walls and floors.

The current owner bought the pontoon in 2003 and, before the purchase, carried out an extensive check of the construction. Previously built with approx. 1100 m2 building on two levels.

The pontoon can be inspected at Rindö by agreement with Shipsforsale. More information and pictures will come in the spring.
